- This is exact conversion from TradingView: “Consolidation Zones – Live” by “LonesomeTheBlue”.
- This is a light-load processing indicator. Updates are available only upon candle closure.
- Buffers are available for processing in EAs.
- It is a repaint indicator. So previous buffer values do not represent exactly what you see on chart.
- You can message in private chat for further changes you need.
Useful information:
The indicator only shows the non-repaint part of the original tradingview indicator. The original tradingview code has two things on chart: first is the colored area and the second is the upper and lower band that are in dashed lines. The dashed lines are somewhat lagging and repaint… The version I converted does not have the dashed lines. My version only has the colored area. Only difference is I did not color the area due to MT4 restrictive graphics. It is just showing the boundaries of the colored area.
The indicator depends on pivot points to find the highs and lows…So this is a lagging indicator. The bigger you choose the period the more lag you will get.
